It’s also important to ensure that students can opt-out if they or their parents are uncomfortable with the practice, especially if it is being offered as part of a mandatory class. 

By taking these steps, schools can help ensure that Yoga is seen as a valuable tool for promoting physical and mental health rather than imposing students’ personal beliefs and values.

As more and more people have become aware of the potential benefits of Yoga for physical and mental health, it seems likely that we will see more schools around the world starting to offer Yoga as part of their curriculums.
