Origami is inspired by The Finnish Education System and employs its inspiring pedagogy into its curriculum and learning techniques.
‘Finnish Education System‘ refers to Finland’s educational system and is widely considered to be the best education system in the world! Here are a few reasons why the widely renowned Finnish Learning Model is much-needed in our education system:
- Cooperative Over Competitive
In line with The Finnish Education system, we believe in developing cooperative skills instead of competitive ones. Our students learn to work together and support each other in order to succeed. Students are expected to work collaboratively in teams on projects, and there is a substantial focus on projects that cut across the traditional subject or disciplinary lines.
- No Standard Testing
Much like Finnish schools, the Origami Concept school offers a unique learning experience where students are not tested on grades. There are no standard testing procedures for students, and students are graded based on the teachers’ observations of their work and progress. This allows for a more individualized approach to learning and ensures that each student can learn at their own pace.

We believe that every child’s doubts and queries deserve to be attended to with care, so they can explore their potential to the fullest. We also have a teacher-to-student ratio of 1:10 to further enable individual attention and care.

Inculcating liberal thinking at the primary level develops critical thinking ability and broadens the knowledge horizons of the students.
